Extrusion Department: The Core Stage of Production
As Bil Plastik Packaging and Plastic Industry, one of the most critical stages of our production process is the Extrusion Department, which plays a key role in the transformation of raw material into the final product. In this department, polyethylene raw materials in low-density (LDPE) or high-density (HDPE) granule form are subjected to the extrusion process to be transformed into film format. This process, performed using extruder machines, begins with the melting of the raw material at high temperatures and then drawing it into a thin film layer. This drawn film layer is then prepared for later stages such as printing and cutting.

Bags of various sizes and specifications are cut according to customer requirements.
