Founded in 1967 by our late founder Ali Biliktü, Bil Plastik Packaging and Plastic Industry and Trade Inc. has stood out for its commitment to quality and innovation since its inception in the plastics industry. In 1984, the company transitioned to a joint-stock company status, solidifying its position in the sector under its current name.
At our modern factory building, located in the Bursa Organized Industrial Zone with a 10,000 m² indoor area, we utilize the latest technological advancements to produce high-quality products. With our growing and evolving machinery park and a team of expert technical and administrative staff, we proudly carry the mission of being a leading organization in the industry.

Filming Department: The Fundamental Stage of Production
As Bil Plastik Packaging and Plastic Industry, our Filming Department plays a crucial role in the transformation of raw materials into final products, being one of the most critical stages of our production process. In this department, low-density (LDPE) or high-density (HDPE) polyethylene raw materials in granular form undergo an extrusion process to be converted into film format. This process, carried out using extruder machines, begins with melting the raw material at high temperatures and then drawing it into a thin film layer. The drawn film layer is then prepared for printing and cutting processes in subsequent stages.

Our Cutting Department offers fast and efficient solutions even for large-scale orders with a monthly cutting capacity of 350 tons. The cutting of bags in various sizes and specifications is carried out according to our customers' demands. Our department offers a wide range of products, from t-shirt bags to soft-handle bags, from chicken bags to large-sized nylon bags, catering to different needs.
